Established in 2004 by owner Kathleen Busfield, Four Oaks Farm has become an elite Sport Horse Rehabilitation and Reconditioning Centre in Simi Valley California. Built from the ground up Kathleen has paid special attention to the specific needs of the sport horse and their proper recovery.

While the facility is located in the beautiful Simi Hills among towering mountains and majestic oak trees, clients and veterinarians alike enjoy the convenience of a quick 30 minute drive from the Los Angeles Equestrian Centre as well as many of the area's equine veterinary hospitals.

Working directly with your vet and trainer, Four Oaks Farm Staff designs ideal recovery program for your Sport Horse. This can range from layup and hand walking at the beginning, to full course jumping when your horse is ready to get home and into training.

Working directly with your vet and trainer, Four Oaks Farm Staff designs ideal recovery program for your Sport Horse. This can range from layup and hand walking at the beginning, to full course jumping when your horse is ready to get home and into training.
RETIREMENT
Why keep your old friend in a 12x12 stall for retirement? Four Oaks Farm provides a unique equine lifestyle, especially for the Los Angeles area. Your horse will have room to roam in a two-acre pasture. With a maximum of three horses per pasture, the hillside fields give our retired friends the ability to maintain muscle tone and dexterity. Birds and rabbits keep them entertained. Shelters keep them out of the rain.
Pastures are monitored and cleaned daily.
